Our as-built models are structured for ongoing facility use. We organize by discipline, follow industry-standard naming conventions, and can extend models to LOD 500 with COBie-compliant operational data for facility management platforms.

Facility Assessment

We determine scan coverage requirements, LOD targets, and discipline scope based on your facility type and intended use of the as-built documentation.

Scanning & Data Capture

Our field teams scan the facility, capturing all architectural elements, structural systems, MEP routing, and equipment in place. We coordinate around your operations schedule.

As-Built Modeling

The BIM model is built directly from the registered point cloud. Every element is modeled at the specified LOD and verified against the scan data for dimensional accuracy.

Verification & Delivery

The completed model is reviewed for accuracy and LOD compliance, then delivered with linked scan data, exported sheets, and any COBie data packages. We support ongoing model updates as your facility evolves.
