Nationwide 3D laser scanning, BIM modeling, and Scan-to-CAD services for building, construction, and manufacturing. From LOD 200 documentation to LOD 400 fabrication-ready models — we deliver precision at every stage.

We transform raw scan data into intelligent, data-rich Revit models at LOD 200 through LOD 400 — ready for coordination, clash detection, and construction documentation. Purpose-built for architects, engineers, and general contractors managing complex commercial and industrial projects

From Raw Scan Data to a Model Your Team Can Build On

Point clouds give you millions of measurements. But your design team, your contractors, and your facility managers don’t work in point clouds — they work in BIM. The challenge is converting that raw spatial data into a clean, structured, intelligent model without losing accuracy or introducing guesswork.

TDC specializes in exactly that conversion. We take registered point cloud data — whether captured by our team or yours — and produce fully modeled Revit BIM deliverables. Architectural walls, structural framing, MEP systems, equipment — each element is placed from verified scan data with proper classification, naming, and LOD compliance.

We don’t trace over old drawings and hope they match. Every element in the model comes directly from what the scanner measured. That means your team gets a BIM model that reflects reality — not a digital copy of outdated plans.

What You Receive What You Receive

Multi-Discipline Coverage

Revit models built element-by-element from registered point cloud data. Every wall, column, pipe, and duct placed from verified spatial measurements — not legacy drawings or field assumptions.

Multi-Discipline Coverage

Architectural, structural, and MEP systems modeled in a single coordinated environment. Each discipline built from the same scan data with consistent coordinates, accurate geometry, and proper element classification.

LOD-Specific Delivery

Proper workset structure, family naming, view templates, and element classification — aligned with your BIM execution plan. If you don’t have one, we help establish the standards before modeling begins.

Standards-Compliant File Organization

Proper workset structure, family naming, view templates, and element classification — aligned with your BIM execution plan. If you don’t have one, we help establish the standards before modeling begins.

How We Work

01

Source Data Review

We assess your point cloud data for registration quality, coverage gaps, and scan density. If you need scanning done, we handle that too. We confirm LOD requirements, discipline scope, and delivery standards before modeling starts.

02

Model Production

Our team builds the Revit model directly from the processed point cloud. Each system — architectural, structural, MEP — is modeled at the specified LOD with accurate geometry, proper element classification, and consistent naming conventions.

03

Quality Validation

Every model is reviewed against the source point cloud for positional accuracy, checked for LOD compliance, and validated for workset organization, family naming, and view template consistency. We don’t deliver until it passes.

04

Delivery & Support

Finished models are delivered with supporting documentation, exported sheet sets, and a walkthrough of the deliverable. We remain available for revisions, follow-on modeling, and scope extensions.

Who This Is For

Building Owners & Facility Managers

You have scan data from a renovation, assessment, or capital planning project and need it converted into a BIM model your operations team can use for maintenance, space management, and long-term facility planning.

Architects & Engineers

You need accurate existing-conditions BIM models derived from scan data to support your design development, renovation planning, or MEP engineering workflows.

General Contractors & Construction Managers

You need verified BIM models from scan data to coordinate trades, validate field conditions against design intent, and reduce costly surprises during construction.
