Registered Point Cloud

A single registered, cleaned point cloud in industry-standard formats (E57, RCP/RCS), aligned to your project coordinates and delivered alongside the model for reference.

Existing-Condition BIM Model

An intelligent 3D model of architecture, visible structure and visible MEP systems, built from the scan data at LOD 200, 300 or 500 to match how your team will use it.

Drawings From the Model

Plans, sections and elevations generated directly from the model, so drawings and model always agree and update together as your design moves forward.

02 Field Scanning

Our crews scan the facility with the modeling requirements in mind. We capture not just primary spaces but the transitions, interstitial areas, and above-ceiling zones that matter for accurate BIM production.

03 BIM Modeling

The same team that understands the scan data produces the BIM model. Architectural, structural, and MEP elements are modeled at the specified LOD with full context of the field conditions.

04 Verification & Delivery
