Verified As-Built Models That Match the Building — Not the Original Plans

As-built documentation is only valuable if it’s accurate. Most buildings have been modified dozens of times since the original drawings were created — and those changes rarely make it back into the documentation. The result is a set of “as-built” drawings that don’t match the building.

TDC produces Revit as-built models derived from 3D laser scan data. Every element in the model reflects verified, field-captured geometry — not assumptions carried forward from outdated drawings. We model architectural elements, structural systems, and MEP disciplines as separate worksets, giving your team a complete, navigable digital record of the building.

02 Scan-Based Modeling

Our BIM team builds the Revit model directly from registered point cloud data. Each discipline is modeled in its own workset for clean organization and downstream usability.

03 Quality Assurance

The model is reviewed against the source scan for dimensional accuracy, element completeness, and LOD compliance. We run clash checks and verify system routing.

04 Delivery & Support

The finished Revit model is delivered with linked point cloud reference, exported sheet sets, and any supporting documentation. We remain available for model updates as your facility changes.
